Significant issues we know need to be resolved sooner than later:
- Roof replacement
- Basement seepage issue during heavy rain
- Replace two wooden floor supports with brick and masonry
- Replace rotten wood on the exterior
- Paint exterior
Projects we want to finish sooner than later:
- Complete remodel of the kitchen
- Backyard fence
- Get at least one fireplace working (gas logs)
- Ground the ungrounded outlets
- Whole house water filtration system
- Hot water recirculation system (so we don’t have to run it forever before it warms up)
Major projects we want to do later(ish):
- Add built-in bookcases to the library/office
- Remodel bathrooms
- Expand upstairs bathroom
- Make attic a usable space
- Brick or concrete the carport floor
Minor projects to do as we can (really too many to list):
- Replace ceiling fans
- Add ceiling fans to living room, bedrooms, and den
- Add plaster ceiling medallions to a couple of rooms
- Paint all rooms
- Make Chelsea a dressing room from one of the current bedrooms
- Add panel moulding to the living room
- Replace some of the lightswitches with push type reproductions
- Replace A/C vent covers with something more period appropriate
- Etc.
