In my first post, I mentioned we have large windows for airflow but they don’t have screens. We leave them open constantly in an attempt to cool the house as much as possible. Each morning, I wake up to discover something new on the floors. Most of the time it is dust or some small leaves that have blown in, but sometimes there are surprises.
There was a large storm around 4:00 am. I’m not sure how it is possible but here is the item on my floor:
A mango. Granted, there is a mango tree outside the window, but the fruit is heavy and not THAT close to the house.
